Design and Composition

The door is framed by a soft, limewashed ivory finish with a gently weathered, hand-brushed texture. The pale tone lets the darker elements stand out, and it gives the whole piece a lived-in, heirloom character.

Running down both sides is a deep espresso-brown border with a carved stepped geometric (Greek key-inspired) pattern. The same motif repeats across the top rail and again as a fine detail near the base. The pattern adds rhythm and structure and ties the door together visually from edge to edge.
