Originally, bone shards were arranged in simple, organic mosaic patterns.Over time, this technique evolved to encompass elaborate designs featuring geometric, floral, fishtail, and herringbone arrangements.The gaps around the bone are filled with colored resin, resulting in a flawless surface.
