  • All orders are handcrafted at our manufacturing facility in India.
  • Products are shipped via DHL Express (air) or Sea Freight as per our Shipping Policy.
  • We share product images and descriptions for your approval before shipping. If you approve, we proceed with production and dispatch, and such orders cannot be canceled or refunded once in process.

5. Taxes & Duties

  • Prices displayed do not include import duties, customs clearance fees, or local/state taxes in the USA.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Our Refund and Exchange Policies outline eligibility, timelines, and procedures.
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if items are unused, with original packaging and tags, and initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damaged or broken items must be reported with clear images/videos within 2 days of receipt to qualify for insurance claims and subsequent action.
