Please carefully review our detailed shipping policy below to ensure clarity about delivery timelines, methods, and related costs.

Product Handling & Production Timeline

Each piece of furniture is made to order by skilled artisans. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production and quality assurance before your item is dispatched for shipping.

  • Production Time: 2–3 weeks (from the date of order confirmation)

  • Dispatch: Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via your selected shipping method (Air or Sea).

We will notify you as soon as your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.

Shipping Methods

We offer two primary methods of shipping, each with its distinct timeline, costs, and considerations:

1. Air Delivery (via DHL Express):

  • Delivery Timeline:
    Typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Cost:
    Calculated based on product weight, volume, and delivery location. The exact cost will be displayed clearly at checkout.
  • Ideal for:
    Smaller furniture pieces, time-sensitive deliveries, or express requests.

2. Sea Delivery (Ocean Freight):

  • Delivery Timeline:
    Usually takes between 45 to 60 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on customs clearance and port availability.
  • Cost:
    Economical for larger items or bulk orders. Shipping costs depend on shipment volume, weight, and destination, and will be clearly stated at checkout.
  • Ideal for:
    Large furniture items, bulk orders, or when delivery timeline flexibility allows for cost savings.

Estimated Delivery Dates & Tracking

  • At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted in your Order Confirmation email. This estimated delivery date includes order processing time as well as additional time to account for weekends and/or national holidays.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • Orders may occasionally be split across multiple shipments. If this occurs, you’ll receive separate shipment confirmations and tracking numbers for each shipment.

Import Duties and Local Taxes

Please note that import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance charges may apply to your order based on your local city/state regulations. These charges are levied by the U.S. Customs authorities and/or local tax authorities and are the recipient’s responsibility.

  • Responsibility:
    Customers are responsible for paying applicable import duties, local taxes, and customs fees upon delivery or pickup.
  • Transparency:
    We aim to provide estimated customs charges during checkout, but exact fees are determined by local authorities and may vary at the time of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after you’ve placed your order, you do have a short window of time to cancel items before they begin processing.
  • How to Cancel:
    Please note, only items eligible for cancellation will display the “Cancel Items” option within your order details. If you do not see the “Cancel Items” option, this indicates we are unable to process the cancellation, as the order is already in production or has moved forward in our fulfillment process.
  • All quantities of the selected item(s) will be canceled once the cancellation request is confirmed.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver exclusively within the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please contact us directly at [Your Email] for specialized shipping arrangements and costs.

Delivery Issues

If your product is damaged in transit or you experience any delivery issues, please contact our customer service immediately at info@avishdesigns.com. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you promptly.
