Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds/Returns:
- Returns are eligible only if the item is received in the exact condition in which it was shipped, including original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- All returned items will undergo inspection upon receipt. Refunds will be processed only after we verify that the returned item meets our stated conditions.
Non-Eligibility for Refund:
- All our items are carefully inspected, photographed, and the images shared with customers prior to shipment. Items are dispatched only after explicit customer approval. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or refunds on products that match the approved images and description.
- Used or damaged products due to customer handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods will not be eligible for refunds.
Damaged or Broken Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or broken, please inform us immediately. You must provide clear photographic evidence and videos of the damage within 2 days of delivery.
- Timely evidence submission allows us to promptly initiate an insurance claim with the shipping company to ensure full compensation and facilitate a swift resolution.
Refund Process:
- Upon approval of your return, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping charges, customs duties, or local taxes are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are accepted only when the item is returned in the exact same condition as shipped, including original packaging, tags, and labels.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items approved by customers through images prior to shipping are not eligible for exchanges if the delivered product matches exactly with the approved images and description.
- Used, altered, or items damaged by customer usage are not eligible for exchanges.
Exchange Process:
- Contact our customer support team at info@avishdesigns.com within the 7-day period. Clearly state your reason for requesting an exchange and provide images to demonstrate the item’s condition.
- Upon approval of the exchange, you may select a replacement item of equal or higher value (paying any difference in price).
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item and delivering the replacement item.
