Bone Inlay Collection
Bone inlay involves the meticulous craftsmanship of intricately carving bone pieces into small forms, which are then delicately inserted into the surfaces of various objects like furniture and homewares.
Add a soft, textural touch to your bedroom with this bone-inlay side table on a slender gold frame. An ash-grey and cream scalloped fish-scale pattern covers the drawer front, hand-inlaid piece by piece, giving the surface a subtle sense of movement while staying calm and neutral enough to suit almost any color palette.
A single drawer, finished with a small brass knob, offers a discreet spot for glasses, chargers or nightly essentials, while the light wood top provides a warm, natural surface for a lamp, books or your morning coffee. The gold metal legs are joined by a lower stretcher for stability, keeping the piece feeling light and open rather than boxy.
The mix of soft grey, warm wood and gold makes this table a versatile fit for modern, transitional and coastal-inspired bedrooms, and its slim footprint means it works equally well as a side table beside a sofa or an accent chair. Since the inlay is set by hand, gentle variations in the pattern are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
